When you navigate to the "Marketplace" area in the Xbox 360 Dashboard, you may see this message:

Xbox Live Marketplace is currently unavailable. Please check back later

• If you get this message, navigate to the "System" area
• Select "Memory",
• Select "All Devices" (or the connected Storage Device)
• Select "System Items"
• Select "Marketplace Data"
• Select "Delete" and confirm.
